Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By creating an account or using PositionKit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure and notify us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use PositionKit to:
- Break the law, infringe IP, or harass anyone.
- Attempt to access another workspace, bypass plan limits, or probe security boundaries.
- Run automated scraping, abusive prompt-injection, or workloads that interfere with the service.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Plan limits are enforced server-side. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice.
5. Your content
You own your projects and the inputs you provide. By using the AI features, you grant PositionKit a limited license to process that content with our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating outputs for your own workspace.
6. AI outputs
Strategy outputs are generated by AI and are intended as decision support, not professional advice. You're responsible for validating outputs before acting on them.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep PositionKit up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and incidents may briefly affect access.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PositionKit's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
