Refund Policy

1. Founder plan

The Founder plan is free. There is nothing to refund.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Studio and decide PositionKit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund the most recent payment in full — no questionnaire, no friction.

3. Monthly plans after 14 days

After the 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again — your workspace stays available until the end of the current billing period, then downgrades to Founder.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After that, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you keep access through the end of the paid term.

5. AI usage and overages

Strategy runs consumed before a refund request are not separately deducted from the refund — the most recent payment is refunded as a whole under the windows above.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@positionkit.app from the address on your account. Include the workspace name and the charge you'd like refunded. We respond within two business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly.
