1. Who we are
PositionKit is a pre-build SaaS strategy workspace for founders. This policy explains what we collect when you create an account and use the product, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the product:
- Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.
- Workspace data: the SaaS ideas, intake answers, and AI-generated strategy outputs you save inside your projects.
- Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, route, error traces) used to keep PositionKit reliable.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the workspace: to authenticate you, store your projects, generate strategy outputs through our AI provider, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not use your private project content to train external models.
4. AI processing
When you run a strategy, the content you provide is sent to our AI provider to generate the requested output. Outputs are stored in your project. Don't paste credentials, secrets, or third-party confidential information into project fields.
5. Storage and access
Your projects are stored in our managed database with row-level security: only your authenticated session can read or modify your projects. Internal access is limited to engineers on a need-to-know basis.
6. Your rights
You can edit or delete any project at any time from the workspace. To export or permanently delete your account and all associated data, email hello@positionkit.app.
